loadlib error?

i put loadlib.exe into folder crossfire and run it with ADMINTRATOS ,

it appear this error:" Microsoft visual c++ runtime libary" although i have installed all microsoft visual c++ 2005>2017 , does every body know how to fix?

your loadlib is old and does not support the themida encryption thats in CShell. Download one that supports
