An advice for paste code

Since no one answered my last question :X i found some stuff myself, however i'd like to ask it anyhow.

Those of you who are above avarage with the knowledge of coding or paste codes and stuff, i want to take a radar code from some of the source hacks and simply recreate it as a new source so i can have dll hack only with radar function.

Here is the question would the taking code and adding some junk to it will be sufficient enough to end up with an UD working Hack ?
