Cash app question

Cash app question
I have a regular cash app that has my bank/cc tied to it. I want to send $800 to a burner cash app account (not my real name, no banking info tied to it) so I can use it for whatever reason I see fit. However, I'm concerned that Cash could freeze the money in the burner account, pending ID/bank verification (which I can't provide since its a fake name). Anyone have experience using burner cash accounts like this?

If you try to send anything over $100, Cash app will most likely block your payment and ask for ID verification.

Sending isn't the issue, my personal account can send any amount as its verified thru ID. Its receiving I'm worried about. I want to receive it on the burner app and then use the cash card of the burner account.
Well, there is something called Privacy. Just look it up on google. I actually use it all the time.

lol I use it all the time as well. I just think that a burner cash app has a higher level of anonymity than privacy. Privacy is linked to your bank account so I'm sure there is a way to see through the burner cards if it came down to it.
Or you could buy visa gift cards

But with the Visas, the account could still get froze causing to provide ID, etc?

I haven't had a problem with a visa GIFT Card. You should be fine.

So from that account, transfer it to your main account?

What I'm trying to say is that you can buy Visa gift cards with the amount of $500 on each. It requires no transferring or anything. All you do is buy the gift card and activate it.

No. You're talking about prepaid debit cards, not vanilla visa GIFT cards. Vanilla Prepaid debit are re-loadable and can you can put any amount on there but they require SSN. Vanilla Visa gift cards don't require SSN but max amount is $500. I've been using the gift cards and they're awesome.

And in answer to my question about cash app, it requires last 4 of SSN to activate the VCC feature so no go. I'm too paranoid to use privacy or my legit cash app account for stores that may re-bill. Seems likely that they can see through those two if they really wanted to come after you. Whereas a vanilla visa gift card paid in cash would be nearly impossible

Honestly, if you're so worried about re-billing, don't go after the most saturated stores. Clothes store will never rebill. But there is always a chance with electronics.
Just keep doing cards of $500 and you'll be fine then
Try smaller amounts and see how that works
