Paypal Refunding Question
Can I use paypal as my method of payment using the same credit card that I have used before from the website I'm going to refund but with a different shipping address? Or do I have to switch up the card being used as well?
Paypal Refunding Question
Should be a different card as well.
You have to change card. They usually will blacklist the card used.
Your refund will fail most likely if you use the same card, change the card + new address.
it is better to switch
As stated by other fellow members, it's always best to use fresh information!
