Paypal dispute question.

Hello, recently I traded a scammer for some maplestory items. I was the trader and he was the buyer. The deal was he would pay half first and I would give him all the items and he would pay the other half. So then once It was going well, I got my money from paypal not as a gift, I traded my items and he ditched half way. I would have thought he at least have a heart and let me keep the half of the payment but recently he filed a dispute. And get this he commented he didnt recieve the item. I WAS SO FURIOUS!!! So I was wondering are screenshots of my chats with this scammer sufficient proof to help me win over this dispute?

Hardly. Because is a Virtual Game Item.

Remember always use an OMM when doing trade.

So I lose the money no matter what...? Why do scammers always win .-. Also what is sufficient proof?

sadly yes, you should always keep in mind when trading within the internet or in-game you should always make a proof of every transactions so that situation like this can be solve.

You cant win this dispute sorry.

more like use a middle-man next time

or if you cant find a middleman like what shiki said. use playerauctions, cuz take it from me I already use it and I don't have any problems with trading there.

Stop spamming every fucking thread, how will using a MM everything will go well. think about it, if they use MM and trade accounts, 1 of them can retrieve the account and have both accounts.

Indeed chances are like 50/50 but if you take inmind some safety measures before buying an account, it would lessen the risk.
IMO MM are very useful when trading for currency but for accounts... it is still depends on how clever can you be for safety.

I agree with you 100 percent.

OP-Avoid PayPal and try to use a Liberty Reserve! No chargebacks,no shits,etc...

Luckly, I have won the case and have the money reversed back to me. I am just posting to inform you people who had the same problems with scammers that SELLERS CAN WIN.
