For all those in a paypal dispute
This has happened many times to me, and i have always won, even when the person had his credit card company take the money away(they gave it back to me)
Just tell the truth, i did that, never attached any pictures or evidence, and still won. Chances are that the person is too lazy to respond to the dispute so you automatically win.
