Can someone make a "glitch-machine"?

So, because I'm bad at coding I don't know, if it CAN be made.
Glitch-Machine(my word) is a program what is kind of an auto-clicker, but with keyboard letters.
But now only one, but with two.
Like it presses you W+S very fast(not at the same time).


Oh, and I think it would be MUCH better with a hotkey.
