yeah we cant speed up progress but when deacrese game speed we can slow down skill checks so is it possible to only decrease speed of skill checks?

Yes, cheat engine does not decrease the progress speed but decreases skillcheck's speed

Yep, only decrease speed of skill checks. Its mean repair progress is normal

you know it helps a lot with higher fps. i play in windowed mode just to increase it. you can also use this item add on for toolbox, called "Grip wrench". i use it all the time for brand new part so that it increases the skill check zones, even great skill check zones. you can use item hack to get it.
there's even a .cfg file in this forum to improve your fps but i am not sure if it really helps.
