All killer perks/addons active simultaneously in game
First of all if you are a beginner in this forum don't try and break your head on this as I am not handholding through the process. Some knowledge required.
Just found out about the new hack that didn't see on the site. It allows the killer to use all perks/addons at the same time in game without bypass. The game only shows the first 4 perks in the list in order of the way you put them in.
Before starting the process make sure your killer of choice in game has NO perks and NO addons equipped.
The initial steps are the same as if you are editing your save file with CloudExtractor. There are threads on this matter, so I am not going into detail on that. When you are in the save editor: go to "JSON data" tab and find your preferred killer. A few lines after that killer's info starts you will see lines:

In the ListOfAllPerks.txt attachment you will see a code for using all the killer perks available in the game. Copy that code and REPLACE the code I just mentioned above. After that you can save the file and inject it into the game. If you use this code you MUST have all perks tier 3 on the list. You can adjust perks and tier levels to your liking. After you are done do the regular process you would do after editing save file. (ex. Close the programs, disable firewall rule) And you can start the game normally. Choose the killer you edited and when you get in game you should have the effects of all perks.
If you want to put on a lot of addons there is a line "powerAddOns" in the code right before the code for perks. I don't have the list of code names for all the addons but it is very intuitive how you can put in those names in there.
WARNINGS
1. Remember that there are HEX perks and if you use all of them people will see all those totems and in aftergame menu they will see that you don't have all those hex perks. So I advise to adjust accordingly. (remove unneeded perk and a tier line from the list)
2. I found out about the hack from a 3rd party and have not tested it myself because I am very limited on time but wanted to share the info with you.
Use at your own risk! People have been banned for it.
