My suggestion is this: I feel like some members abuse space on the Marketplace section. Like some members create a thread for VPN's, another one for gaming, another for music, another for entertainment, you get the point.
I think there it is 2 solutions.
Solution 1 - Create sub-sections within Selling sections for example:
Selling Accounts/Keys/Items
------Gaming
------Music
------VPN
------Keys
------Food
------Streaming
------ + Many Others that Admins think would be usefull
And within each sub-section, members could create as many thread as they wanted related with that sub-section.
Solution 2 -Limit 1 thread per member.
This way the Spam on Marketplace would be much less. I have myself 2 threads on Marketplace but I feel like if each member had only permission to have 1 thread, this could help the marketplace because every service is concentrated on one thread and the potential buyer could see every accounts/keys/items that each seller has. It would make the marketplace much more friendly-buyer.
I honestly kind of like the idea and I would like to see it but what if people sell gaming related stuff and VPNs are they not allowed to create threads in a different section

This shouldn't be happening. If you find any threads that are selling the "same" thing that should be combined into the same thread (i.e. thread 1=selling VPN accounts, thread 2=selling Netflix accounts) report it and it will be closed and the OP will be advised to edit one of the threads. I have actively enforced this expectation with refunding threads where users try to make 2 threads for 2 different regions (EU, US refunding). I wasn't aware there was such a problem in the Marketplace so I will mention the Marketplace staff to start looking out for it.
Now, I want to make a distinction: if User A has two threads: Thread 1 is selling Rapidgator accounts and Thread 2 is selling NordVPN accounts. That is not allowed because selling both of those things are in the same category and can be combined into one thread. On the other hand, if User A has two threads: Thread 1 is a refunding thread and Thread 2 is an account selling thread, that is allowed because they are two separate threads with two different categories.
I'm going to close this because this rule should already be enforced. If you or anyone else seeing this threads sees a thread that should be combined into another one because they're selling the same thing, report it.
