Note left by UPS?

So I got a note left at my door from UPS. It says that I have to check if I did or did not receive my package and leave a customer comment.
A driver is coming tomorrow for the note.

What should I do? Has anyone ever got this before? Did anything come up from this?

According to any other post I've seen, just go along with your story (if your refunding) that you didn't receive it.

Some other guy I saw post said that they will check with your neighbors, if you have any, to see if anythings up. Then they will probably leave you alone after that.

They don't usually check with your neigbours, that was just really unusual and the driver may have been a bit retarded.
Just fill out that you didn't recieve anything and stick to that story incase someone asks.
