Thread Pre-Apporoval
Hi,

I am aware you guys are pretty strict on thread content, so I wanted to get a pre-approval so there are no issues when posting thread thread. Intended content is below, could you let me know?

For the start, we will have buyers send us a skype message to purchase via crypto/paypal & then send them a key that allows them to access the account and replacement on our site: https://autoaccount.stream/

We intend to setup NPCvend once approved for the autobuy.
Also doing a giveaway here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1361315 and happy to provide a test to a mod.

Thanks!

Only autobuy sites allowed is the MPGH one (NPCvend)

The link you posted is not allowed and will not be approved

Could you explain what you mean here?
The link i posted (https://autoaccount.stream/) has no way to purchase anything on it? A user is given a URL which will redeem them an account after purchasing such as this:
https://autoaccount.stream/redeem/da...e2ddf0ecf27355

And then it will add the account for them. There is no purchase page

As is said in the post:

We will sell through skype, and the once our products are approved on npcvend we will sell through there.
I'm pretty sure you need to provide the accounts through Skype and not a website.

This helps greatly in scam reports and makes sure you've checked the accounts

Interesting you say that providing them by skype makes sure they have been checked, when many seller send without checking. Our site checks the account before they buyer gets it, so it's impossible to get a dead account.

We are providing the link to redeem the account via skype, is that not the same as providing the account?

As far as I could tell, there's no rules to say as such. In addition, there are other services on MPGH that auto have auto replacement websites.
https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1232135

As far I can tell, this does not break any rules and provides much higher quality account, and our customer are extremely happy - no waiting 12-24 hours for replacements because the seller is offline.

No, providing a link is not the same as sending them accounts over Skype. Also, you are also making several implications that your website is infallible. Your idea is very interesting but breaks several rules if you are not aware:

-No outside links.
-No outside promotion or advertisement.
-No auto-buy or auto-redeem except for NPCVend.

Also, your only example is a thread that is extremely outdated and a thread where the original poster has not posted in over 6 months. There were several people complaining they never got their replacement product or a product at all. That thread should not have been allowed in the first place.

My final opinion on this is that depending on the structure of your site, it could be extremely easy for you at any time to simply "java drive-by" someone and steal their information. It's not like we can exactly blindly trust a random user that registered this month.

So I say no, you're more than welcome to get an administrator's response however.

I don't really understand what you mean here, could you elaborate?
If I am online and provide a link to redeem an account that does not work, how is that any different to providing an account (which may not work first time?)

-No outside links.
I don't see how this rule is broken, there are no links in the thread? I don't see a rule that prevents sending links via skype.

No outside promotion or advertisement.
I'm just promoting my shop, if people on MPGH sell elsewhere does that mean they should be banned?

No auto-buy or auto-redeem except for NPCVend.
There is no autobuy?
If you wish, I can manually add it to their account if that does not break the rules, but I still don't see how the rules cover auto-redeem links.

So could literally any other site, or any link send via skype etc. As far as I am aware, java drive bys would not work unless the users java was 5 or so years out of date, I don't really think that that's really a threat vector unless your computer is hopelessly out of date. Regradless, we have no intention of infecting any users, we provide a great & profitable service.

I do understand this, and while this account is new, we have run multiple ads with MPGH (banner ads) and the site has been running with spectacular feedback for over 3 months. It would make no sense to try to screw people over, we have a profitable business and many happy customers.

@arunforce will be able to verify we have purchased ads, are you able to give your option as an admin?

I'm also happy to provide you and any other moderators a test key if you would like to verify how the site works.
I'd even be happy to put some collateral up with the mods so you can verify we are not attempting to scam.

Providing a link does not equate to providing an account directly. That's like saying direct and indirect democracy are the exact same.

-No indirect advertisement.

Basically means no double-linking to advertise through MPGH. Prime examples include Youtube videos with downloads/links, links to go to an approved site with unapproved content, or otherwise. The rule does not specify "No outside links IN POSTS/THREAD".

Actually in some cases yes! Global Moderators have a level of discretion to ban users we know for a fact are active on other related forums to prevent unforeseen or unpredictable intentions.

No rule explicitly covers every situation, we are not omnipotent. This is why we have a team of upper staff to interpret the rules for each individual situation.

This is simply just inherently wrong.

If your site is running cleanly and happily WITHOUT MPGH, then why do you not continue to run it without trying to bend MPGH regulations. Clearly you have having some sort of issue with expansion or similar otherwise you wouldn't bother expanding here.

No matter how successful you think you are or are going to be, everyone has the intentions to scam inside them. We have had staff scam, trusted users scam, simple words mean nothing here. As for asking Arun for an opinion, he is the one who is managing and advocating for NPCVend. I HIGHLY doubt he would allow a competitor to his own platform on MPGH.

Like I said before, my final answer is absolutely and unquestionably no. A service of this caliber breaks several rules (or is teetering on the edge of breaking rules, which is still not ok). Obviously my decision can be superseded by an admin but I feel like I have made my point pretty clear.

Can you explain the difference then?

I still don't understand how we are breaking this rule, there is no way to purchase on the site? The only function of the site is to replace accounts, and nothing else.

This is simply just inherently wrong.
Ok, it's possible you have a more extensive hacking knowledge than me, however I don't see you how can argue I could hack MPGH users when, I have run multiple ads which has driven thousands of MPGH users to our site. It seems strange that as long as you pay, you can bypass these rules.

If your site is running cleanly and happily WITHOUT MPGH, then why do you not continue to run it without trying to bend MPGH regulations.
We are and will continue to run it irrespective of if we sell on MPGH or not.

Clearly you have having some sort of issue with expansion or similar otherwise you wouldn't bother expanding here.
I don't agree with this at all, if all business stayed in the same spot and markets they would never grow?

No matter how successful you think you are or are going to be, everyone has the intentions to scam inside them. We have had staff scam, trusted users scam, simple words mean nothing here.
Fair point, hence I offered to put up collateral, and we are offering accounts a pretty low price point.

As for asking Arun for an opinion, he is the one who is managing and advocating for NPCVend. I HIGHLY doubt he would allow a competitor to his own platform on MPGH.
I still do not get your arguments here at all. We are not going to be using a autobuy to start off with, and then afterwards will be using NPCvend. Our site is not a competitor to NPCvend at all. It's competitors would be *****, *******, etc, who offer autobuy services. Saying we are a competitor to NPCvend is just plain wrong.

Like I said before, my final answer is absolutely and unquestionably no. A service of this caliber breaks several rules (or is teetering on the edge of breaking rules, which is still not ok). Obviously my decision can be superseded by an admin but I feel like I have made my point pretty clear.

Just don't provide an outside link when selling the accounts but rather provide them directly in the Skype conversation.
