Need help about a hack

So, in battleonid someone level 1 came up with blod and arcpaladin. Ofc it's a hack so when i ask him, he refused to give details. But, he dropped a hint that he used badge hack and code spammer. Anyone knows how can he do that ?

You can add achievements with %xt%zm%setAchievement%79%ia0%...%1%
instead of the 3 dots, you use a number, which is different for each achievement.
If you have the achievement, you can open the bookshop.

But some achievements will instantly ban you. And the rest have a very high risk of you getting banned eventually.
Since I think it's just stupid to do this, I'm not gonna bother looking for the ID. If you want it that bad, than figure it out yourself.

It doesn't take that long to bot BLoD anyway.
