I can't help you with creating the spammer tool, but here's some stuff about using them.
What you can, and can not do with packets:
You can't create things out of nothing. Packets are the data you send to the server when you're playing. And the server will check if these packets makes sense. For example you can send a packet that you complete a quest. But then the server checks if you CAN complete the quest. And uses the items like it would have normally.
- You can take certain shortcuts however. Like for the quest, you don't have to be in the same room as the questgiver. But it's easier to let a bot handle these packets for you anyway.
- A better use for packets are
mini-games. There is alway a packet that you send after you complete a mini-game. So you can use that packet to skip the whole thing. Like this great spammer, that uses packets for the Alchemy mini-game:

- Another use is achievements. The server doesn't always automaticly check if you meet the requirements. But I stongly advice NOT to do this. Certain achievements are checked automaticly, and will get you an immediate ban. And others will get you likely banned, when someone noticed you've got a badge that you can't have.
- A final example I can think of is to automaticly get your rewards from /ballyhoo.
How to 'create' packets?:
I don't advice to just write a packet. Cause it's more likely that the server flags it, and gives you a ban.
Instead just play, and find the packet that you want to spam. That way you are sure the packet is actually correct.
1. In grimoire 3.8, you goto the "Sniffer"
2. Click start, and do the thing you want the packet from.
3. Open the "Spammer" and add the packet(s) that you found.
But as I said before. The server will still check these packets. So you won't get more rewards from ballyhoo after you did it 6 times on a day (10 if you're in the UK)
The packet sniffer, is also great for finding ID's.
For example this quest where you have to click on the map.
The sniffer will show you this packet: %xt%zm%getMapItem%210924%
2425%
So if you want to do the quest again, you can make it use that packet. Or use the item ID from the packet in your bot. You can add it in the 'item' tab like this:
