I am using a computer that used to run windows, it was changed to linux and now I want to change it back to windows.
If anyone knows how and could explain either a free way to do it or the cheapest way, I'll give a rep.
Backup anything you need
then uninstall your os after putting windows on a bootable usb which you can then use to install windows, then after that just go buy a $5 key from marketplace or something
as in like linux got installed and therefore windows was removed

Re-install windows, do you have the old windows OEM key?
To "go to linux" you would need to install a linux distro on your computer. That would require either deleting the current partition or resizing the current partition and adding another, then installing linux on that partition.

someone else did it
Or you can try to dual-boot.
Or get another HDD and install windows on it, so you have two OS's.
