Its Sunday and I'm supposed to be working on a school project right now but here I am on MPGH. How did I become so lazy?

Well, maybe you are not actually lazy?
As someone that was diagnosed with ADD like a month ago by the best psychiatrist in my country for the exact same reason and trying out several drugs (methylphenidate, nootropics, etc) I have come to conclusion that people are not actually lazy and just want to do things that they enjoy, and I bet that this is what you are actually doing right now you are studying for school to have more chances of finding a work that you actually enjoy.
Some people can concentrate and work on long-term goals and succeed some people can't do that if the destination towards achieving your goal is boring as someone in the second category, I have learned both subconsciously and later in life consciously how to find shortcuts or how to make the boring parts more interesting or maybe how to complete my goal following a completely different approach altogether, but finding something original (eg a different approach to a boring task) is not easy and usually takes a lot of time but hey better late than never :P
so that's my advice to you if you don't like something change it as match as you need to and eventually make it enjoyable
