So I edited my save file today to give myself the prestige
and this ( ) showed up it says ::
QUIT GAME

EAC has detected that game files have been modified (error code 1). To resolve this, please verify the integrity of the game cache (Did already) (found under the Local Files section of the game's properties).

Additional info: EAC index not found (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dead by Daylight\EasyAntiCheat\Certificates\dbd.bin) ( ) and this is in it

It's the new bypass, just put both inside Steamapps/Dbd

Then when it's done, i hope you used the offline bypass for Save edit ? If not here is it :https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1301975

And finnaly,when you restart the game after verify the game cache, go again inside the folder and delete DeadByDaylight and EasyAntiCheat folders. Then verify integrity of game cache again.

Edit: It will take 5.4 GB ~ But it fix your problem
