program for better start menu icons

what do you guys use for customizing start menu icons
launcher tile creator is ass and buggy
better startmenu cost money and is buggy
tilecreator is okay but looking for other options if you guys use any
rainmeter any good? idk how much it affects boot time or performance though

yeah i didnt look into rainmeter yet but from what i saw its just an entire windows overhaul right? like everything gets reskinned idk if i want that, just looking for nicer start menu icon lol
