IM help

can't access my Im every time I try it just logs me in as a guest. I'm kinda worried because I'm waiting on a couple expensive orders from people. So need some help asap.

UPDATE: Still having issues getting to my own IM. It's logging me in as a guest every time and I need to talk with people. I tried logging in and out of my MPGH account, but no luck.

I'm having the same issue.
