I've deleted / refreshed the cookies multiple times and when i go to chat it STILL says signed in as "guest500349" or whatever numbers and i can't seem to fix it.

What happens when you press log out?

same for me i can only log in chat as guest, when i try to connect with my acc it say reconnecting
