Okay if he says he didnt receive it I will check to make sure and if he didn't I will refund him. But I am pretty sure I did refund him

Before you can get unbanned i would need them to confirm on here that they received the refund otherwise saying it from yourself wouldnt count.
This prick has made no effort to refund me and has ignored over the last month,
