Because it's common knowledge. Why would they tell people that the FBI are conducting an investigation? The FBI Simply wouldn't allow them to tell anyone.

If Stackry shipments are ALL on hold, does that mean they are asking for ID? If so, that is the reason for the hold. Not that the FBI is coming.
