Multi-Account

Hey guys so I wanna make a new account in osu..
I saw this guide here : https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1145083
But it does not provide how to change uniqueID which can only be changed through Windows reinstall or dejavu which I can't get atm...
So I plan on reinstalling Windows but I have a few questions...
1- Does reinstalling Windows also change the MAC address and HWID or do I have to change them manually after reinstalling? (I'm Windows 10)
2- If that is the case, I have an MBR drive, is the HWID changer that's provided in the guide I linked above able to change my HWID or is it outdated or something? Same with TMAC MAC Address Changer, still working?
3- If I were to copy my skins and beatmaps and options to a new account is peppy able to see that? Cuz it's definitely suspicious.
4- If I start a new account, I know I have to fake a good learning curve, but when I start am I supposed to, like, pretend to miss some easy notes to make it sound more like I'm a new player or is it fine to SS a 1 star map when I begin as long as I don't pass the PP per day limit or make some insane plays?
5- I'm supposed to keep VPN on while I'm playing osu everytime, forever, yeah?

just go on aqn and buy dejavu for $5 rofl

u dont really need to reinstall window.what i did was change the uniqueid using cmd(theres a tutorial on aqn) then just use a windows recovery disk to repair the boot problem

or just use hq passport
