Hi everyone just wanted to get your opinion if both ways are safe and who prefers one over the other to modify blood points levels add-ons etc.

They aren't stored in servers like auric cells. They have a server for save file but u can easily mod save file
I'd say CE, cause I got banned using cloudextract+save editor before.
