Staples Refund?

Not sure how easy it is to do a Staples refund anymore. Has anything changed and are the limits still about $800?

does it matter? like whats the diffrence? i know some places will give instant refund but if they investigate and you do like DNA or partial dont you will still win? or they wont do it since lack of evidence?
