Nothing, the hack is dead/people got banned when using it. Check pbbans.
It's undetected but people will call you out if you're stupid with it and get insane kills. So yes, you can get banned but it's your own fault.

It's not undetected. People have been getting banned for using it. Check pbbans. Has nothing to do with kdr, since that's Fairfight.

and here comes some noob with 1 post who just registered to tell bullshit. been using this cheat for a while now with some XenosInjector, god knows where i got it. didnt get ban, used ESP box, ESP bones, magic bullet and instant bullet.
