😳 i need little help

I GOT Problem, Some off my staff at the computer are white file like notpad, and when i try download hack or i try download Painter not works its Type
C:/WINDOWS/system32/SHELL32.dll
And i cant open staffs like World (office) My Youtube Downloader Dum when i download song its get into the windows plays and not works its become to White Fille..

WHAT I NEED TO DO?

I dont understand :S

Dont double post. And type in google avast then download it and do a boot scan. It should restart your computer and start scanning. If it finds anything on the scan delete it
