1. Go here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/usercp.php (Your settings)
2. Click on "Edit Avatar" on the left, may have to scroll down a bit.
3. Upload an avatar that meets the restrictions on the page. If you upload an image that is bigger then MPGH will automatically resize it for you but it may be distorted as a result.
