Private middleman?

I've already mentioned to dave or arun (can't remember) that a good strategy would be to allow private middleman services, therefore everybody can use his own strategy to keep a transaction safe. PMMs would have to pay a constant tax to MPGH in order to keep their services up (thus assuring a certain level of protection to both the buyer and seller), on the other hand PMMs get a small percentage for each transaction that they supervise.

This I guess will lower the scam rate, and let's be honest IM is shit, and NPCvend seems fairly shit too, they're good concepts but not ready yet to be used in everyday tradings. Then again this is merely a suggestion, I appreciate that MPGH is trying its best to make the marketplace a safer experience for all of us.

Or just let the MMs advertise there own service which in turn gives MMs an incentive to keep scam rates down and stay doing the job

youd have to make the deposit insanely high cause otherwise theres still gonna be exitscammers (@hunter lol)

in theory it doesnt sound bad but it would be a pain to get it working in practice

not really, public MMs are responsible for basically any claim and they're selected by staff members, plus as I've mentioned there are more than standard methods to apply a middleman service, heck it can even be automated, however yes you can replace public MMs with "private" ones.

who said anything about taxing trading? if you wish to buy a product but want to be 100% sure that you're not going to get scammed then pay a couple of pennies extra to a mm and he'll assist you. mms should on the other hand pay some kind of tax to MPGH in order to keep their services up, why? well dumbfuck because it will be a proof-of-legitimate business.

haha I done Private middlemaning because I was so trusted. Then I got banned for it for a while xD

So...what if the "private" middle men scam? Do we need middle men between middle men? In the end, the most trusted middle man is no man, rather code.

staff and mm have scammed before so private mm wouldn't really do much.
