Question about the Cloud Editor Current Clothing

So in the Cloud Editor if you click on JSON Data you can find certain things that say "currentCustomization": [
"DF_Head04_01",
"D_Torso01_P01",
"D_Legs01_P01"
I was wondering if it would be possible to modify this and equip exclusive clothing. Also in the JSON Data you can find the perks where it will say stuff like "rarity: Very Rare" and I was wondering if this could be a possible way of getting old ultra rares back. If anyone could help me that would be appreciated. The only reason I don't do it myself is because I am lazy.

For the perks, no it's impossible, and for the skin try it by yourself

afaik those ones are the ones that you are currently using.. im not sure

You can edit them but if you don't own that skin when you start the game it will be the default skin. You cannot have exclusives this way
