Some stores have their own methods,but most mainstream stores are just simply DNA, Partial or Empty Box. If the store is done by every refunder on mpgh with the same limits then surely they'll use the same method

Odd. I got a refund in my account, and refund email a couple days before I got the letter in the mail.

$500+ order. Money hit the bank and all no problem.

In my past two refunds recently (2k and 1.3k), Macys/Bloomingdales has been sending the same letter. The 2k order had an instant refund with the letter sent about a week after. I called up and was told to disregard the letter as the refund was already issued. The representative for the second order sent out the letter for the 1.3k order first though I managed to get a full refund afterwards.

Tl;DR depends on the representative, Macys/Bloomingdales is still easy to do.

I love to see posts like this. This is what happens when you buy the 'refund methods' and just follow what they tell you.

Get fucking creative about what can happen to your shit when you order something online, then think outside of the box when you make the call. Lastly, if they deny a refund, you fucking call UPS.

What a store does is, they blindly follow the tracking, if UPS states it is delivered, they will tell you the same. Now what iffffff you call UPS and say "hey it shows delivered but I aint got shit", they open a investigation and boom, your shit will be refunded out of the blue.

Didn't you get banned for failing a super easy Bestbuy?

I already filed a claim with UPS and gave the details to Macy's, maybe UPS themselves will issue the refund

I just did a macys refund for somebody and it worked. it was 472$

had this same letter come in as well MONTHS ago. Call back and complain again and they will issue the refund, I can almost guarentee it.

Yea they send a letter to address. got one after livechatted them. After letter was sent, livechatted again and they issued a refund.

This happened to me last year. Refund was issued and got this days later (refund issues before)

is it safe to buy small appliances on macy?

This happened to me like 2 years ago. Told my refunder and he called them finessed the refund anyway. Its a scare-tactic. Seems to happen a lot with apple products apparently.
