Exactly, i don’t agree with that too. They hold 0 accountability when it comes down to it. If trouble actually comes (highly unlikely) then they won’t be the ones who get in trouble...

They’re making a simple phone call, or opening a dispute and charge that much..

well your samsung order did fail so you have no room to talk.

I prefer give my order to a "pro" refunder and make thousand dollars of profit than do it alone and have a high pourcentage of loose.
Just play safe.

Also like @gawsrgwregrgrgrg said it you lost your Samsung refund so I don't know why you are so sure of you.

Agreed or at least know the correct method before doing it.. Reasons why you pay a refunder sometimes it's because that refunder have experience with that store. When a person do something 100x+ it is natural to them. They know whats going on, the dos and donts

im doing one myself, well see

if prices were more reasonable i would hire someone but for something that the refunder literally does almost nothing doesnt justify paying them several hundred dollars or in my case $700
