yes..they can get u banned if u jump to 10th prestige level 70 with only 2 mins played.. if u take some stats using EAM ..i think its 100% safe.. look here

u are so damn right..i got banned on mw2 multi with ur triner(i dont blame mely cuz u specified it is not safe) now i have another account from one friend i dont hack anymore..i used only eam for prestige 4 level 70..and i started from where i were when i got banned..btw that trainer was sick good job
