Need help with programming languages

Guys I have tried multiple courses from edx, coursra and even from my school but the problem there is a gap
I don't know where I lack..I learned python, Matlab I did some coding based on computational fluid dynamics with the help of my teacher but when I try it alone I am not even able to a Fibonacci series.

Well, let's see it then! Try working on a fibonacci series program that lists the first 100 numbers each on their own line. If you get stuck, post what you have so far and what you think needs to happen next, and describe why you're stuck. We'll pitch in.

I had a similar issue before my friend. I found that the issue with me was that I needed a specific outline in front of me to do my projects. When I wouldn't have a specific set of instructions (eg. An assignment outline) I was lost. What I did to overcome that was just take a pen and paper and draw my ideas out.

You say you aren't able to code a Fibonacci series program. Get out a pen and paper and try to solve it with Pseudo-code (Yeah, that thing that a lot of people forget about). Believe me when I tell you that it helps a lot. Plan out the flow of the program and try to go through the logic.

Also, as @Hell_Demon mentioned. When you get stuck, share what you've done thus far and tell us what you think the logical next step is. If you're encountering an issue, tell us what you think the issue is and we'll try to guide you in the right direction. It's important to note that the only time you truly learn is when you're stuck on something. When you're stuck, it forces you to actually learn. Getting stuck on simple stuff is good! Down the road you'll thank yourself for spending the time in learning the fundamentals because everything is built off of them.
