Error when starting server

Hey. So at some sources when i am opening server.exe or wServer.exe im getting error:
The type initiator has reported an exception for the 'XmlDatas' type. ---> System.FormatException: Invalid input string format.
Any help?

U tried to open as administrator?

Yes. Always opened server.exe and wServer.exe as admin.
