Refunding Question

I'm getting an order from Newegg refunded(hopefully it works) and was wondering if it was safe to do a Target refund relatively soon or do yall think I should wait a couple of weeks.

it's not the same business, so what would the problem be?

Oh I thought there might be a problem with the shipping companies
