I am doing Raples order and everything is fine with it.
I don't know what you are on about.

I mean, you dont know much about refunding. For you, a successful Paypal refund can only be done without a response. Thats why so many peoples orders failed, because of refunders that don't know what they are doing. I couldn't care less about them responding, it has no impact on what I do.

i can confirm that

had companies reply with tracking on some of my paypal refunds and i still got the refund in the end
(was for a 2.5k $ item)

what's the solution to all of this without boxing? is there any? damaged/other dispute

if you close a dispute yourself, it cant be opened.

say youre in a dispute and you lose, they let you appeal the decision. which in this case, nvidia has the option to appeal and if they keep losing they tech can continue to appeal but if they have no new evidence they would be losing every single time.
