PS4 Pro Refund

Best and easiest site to refund a PS4 Pro off of? This is gonna be a dropship to one of my customers and order total is around $440 including tax. Looking for site that is the most lenient/easiest to refund. Order total is close to $500 but still under. Was wondering Best Buy but if they send replacement instead, that’s won’t work since it’s dropshipped. Idk though, let me know what stores I should do.
