scam issue

i dont know if im at the right place to ask this, but

i recently got scammed by a self called "friend" who i've been playing with for some time now,

i know it's entierly my fault for trusting him but you know, stuff happend

well anyways, i searching for someone to help me, hack his steam account and get the skin back, and maybe split the rest it's bout 9k€ of skin that he have (but only 330 of mine)
