Hacking ranks risk?

How huge is the risk when I hack my rank with SAM from 1 to 20 so I can play with my friends on low rank? Can it get auto-detected by EAC or would I have to get reported so they manually check my save?

It's safe, not auto detected but devs can see your rank, however they Ussualy ban savefile hacking not rank hacking

Yeah devs don't really care about you hacking the rank. However if you hack it straight from 20 to 1 and unlocked all the rank achievements in a row, this is detectable and you'd probably get banned automatically/manually.

Changing the rank is still safe but i'm not very sure if the new report team checks your save after. Be careful!
