I am in my intial snad claim after providing evidence that it was nasd they agreed to a return if i send it back, digitl river wants it sent to a place in Minnesota, can i just box them or send them a random graphics card?

I'm sure you will be fine. Box to the address paypal told u to send item to. make sure to try to get item delivered at least 2 days before deadline paypal gives u. It just gives u time to hope they just throw away your package u sent. then the day before deadline submit tracking info and call paypal letting em know u sent it and they received it.

Note: the calling paypal part after you submit tracking info is something @Copperhorse did for me. I am only assuming he called paypal and told them item was delivered and wants refund. I do not know exactly what he said when he called paypal.

Personally I would stay out of this. Lots of suspicion going around, this could even lead back to MPGH if the people involved get squeezed. Hope you like this chat system that logs your messages when the FBI raids it
