Can i refund in this situation?

First of all I apologize if my English is not perfect because I am French
I never used a refund service,
i'm a french computer student sciences, my laptop has crashed and i can't buy another one (like every students, don't have money), so i would like to have a new one, but i don't want to enjoy too much of this system. I'll settle for a small PC about 250-300$ just the necessarry to do, Word, and programmation

My question is : I have an Amazon account aged of more than 1 year, with about 15-20 orders and with my real information profile. In France, they don't leave a package alone, there is 2 options :
_ Delevery to a package relay so when you want to take your package, you must sign, and show your ID
_ Delevery to your adresse : If you are present, you must also sign
If you are absent, it will be in package relay

Everything is weighed and traced (even the postman who give you the order), so do you think i can say i didn't recieve the order ? And if it's my official account, it's not dangerous?

you cant talk about amazon on here its banned,

but if its that secure you cant do much unless you sign using a fake name and then say you never got it and have you have no idea who signed it.

I have already buy my laptop (250e, yes it's a really bad product but it's ok for my use), it will be here tomorrow but in the carrier's wharehouse (here i you not at your home, the package goes in a warehouse and you need a ID to take it)

So, i think i will tell them the laptop is broken
Do you think it can work ? They will ask me for photos?

umm if you say its broken they might ask you to send it back in the mail or yeah maybe take pictures or video,

If you tell them the laptop is broken, they will ask you to send it back for a full refund.

You can't say it didn't arrived if you have to go to a location, and provide a government issued ID. It won't work. Your best bet is to say the retail box was empty.

Can't say the box was empty, cause there is the weight of the package
Gonna try to say : The laptop is broken with fake photo, if they ask me to send it back, i will say that i can't because the battery is inflated and i threw it in the trash

sorry you cant.you have to return the product.maybe you can clain few components are missing but still its gng to be trouble..same rules in my country plus amazon is banned here so you cant look/post for services.

06:40 AM here, i'm going to school, but also going to leave a piece of paper with "If i'm not present, leave the package in the entrance" never know if that work aha

And i was thinking, if they told me to send it back, i can fuck up my last laptop and send them (same brand)

So my refund is totally legit

But can i ask a replacement and a refund of this replacement just after ?
