Anyone think that we're gonna have a spike like last year. Maybe not so extreme but something higher up there? If you do what crypto would you say would be best to invest $1000 or so into?

No, I dont think it will spike in christmas. I think it will spike mid next year. End of next year at the most or when bitcoin reaches 80-90% dominance.

In a bear market, its always better to invest in bitcoin. In a bull market, its always better to invest in an altcoin. That is why you always see dominance of bitcoin drop when we are in a bull market and dominance of bitcoin spike up in a bear market.

I don't see any spike coming soon. What makes you think last year's scenario will repeat?

Nah it won't spike because of christmas or anything like that. Pretty sure it spiked because it got pumped because of Tether and ICOs. I feel like both left cryptos in bad shape but all it take is some whales to make movement.

I think there will be an increase but not like last year.

Well don't expect for BTC to rise to $20.000 again soon.

Spoke to many crypto experts and they said $6.000-9.000 is very realistic.

For Bitcoin to rise high again we need more people to use it, to enlarge its market cap.

Bitcoin market now is similar to trading stocks, it is all about price manipulation by whales (people who have a large ammount of bitcoin).

Also this ETF decision factor is impotant.

I can't predict ups and downs, or I would be very rich by now.

I think 5k BTC is realistic...

If it were me i would save the $1000 that you have

It could literally do whatever the fuck at this point. I don't believe it will spike quite the same way it did last year at the same time, though I do believe it will rise in price to a decent amount.

$1000 should be invested into 10m ~ 100m projects IMO.

Like what Dave said, last year's bull run was pumped by Tether and a lot of ICO hype. Unless there's new reason to be hyped, we're either going to keep moving sideways or down.

If you're looking for risky volatile gains, just buy some stocks that have to do with the cannabis industry.

Wasn't it spiking since like 2012 at same time period though? Not an expert, but remember seeing that somewhere. Or was it a drop? Cant remember haha
