asked the worker if i could train for once without card because I don’t have it.

there is no point in staying mad for all this time, she has taken hours off your day while she has already forgotten about the encounter

just hit up her boss and report her, it's not the end of the world if you miss one day, you can always do basic training in your apartment with no equipment.

talk to her boss and say that her behaviour made you consider switching gyms, a loyal customer's opinion means so much to a bussinessman

Yes, I went home, grabbed different equipment and continued my training outside. Though it's not what I had to do as I needed the gear I pay for in a gym, I did something. I'll definitely talk to her boss, if his boss says she was correct I'll cancel my membership and go to a fitness that does actually support and back me up.

I got big things coming up and I intend to get alot of sponsors and do alot of advertising, I do not want a fitness on my name that does not help me out when I need it.

she is employed to follow strict guidelines. she wouldn't be allowed to make exceptions to the guidelines she's literally paid to follow.

and ur statement about letting her friends in... this is not true... she might be able to issue little discounts, but not let people in for completely free... and if she does, i doubt it would be permitted by her manager/owner.
