I'm not talking like I work there, I'm speaking from a logical point of view. This girl is doing her job, and following the guidelines she was told. If you don't have a card, don't let people in. Rules seem simple to me.

I am there every day. Sometimes twice a day. I'm respectful, greet the workers, I buy their offered items (drinks, locks, towels, idk what) to show support.
I see every worker in their shift atleast twice a week.

Don't worry mate, you're right. There is something about client treatment that matters, whatever your policies are. What part of I see her every day for the past year did you not get?

I didn’t forget it, I couldnt get to it for 4 HOURS top. If else I’d have gotten it and make no scene. I train 3-4x a day hence why I so politely asked her if she could just pass this through so I don’t have to face shit in other places to do the work I have to do. BIG effort for me, small effort for her.
