How wouldn't it? It takes the bill and sends it via mail to where the package was shipped and the name it was shipped to. And we aren't taking about refunds but SE's for all the items I mentioned.
nvidia was almost dying beginning of august. its not as simple as opening a dispute and then it getting closed. for everyone wanting a good read go read the nvidia thread. has lots of info. that being said its not impossible. took me 7 weeks from the time they started responding but i got my refund and did not get limited. did not deal with Dama either.
