nvidia was almost dying beginning of august. its not as simple as opening a dispute and then it getting closed. for everyone wanting a good read go read the nvidia thread. has lots of info. that being said its not impossible. took me 7 weeks from the time they started responding but i got my refund and did not get limited. did not deal with Dama either.

its not dead i ended up getting mine for 3.5k and doing someones for 6.5k however their are alot more steps involed and it is not as simple or easy as dama says. however it can be done.
