Fps issues

So I've been playing rotmg for some time now and I had no problems playing rotmg via projector or browser getting stable 60 fps at all times (high end PC and a good network), today I decided to download 059's client and I started having issues, every time I start flash projector it first black screens my monitor for few seconds then it starts working (never done that before), on windows booting instead of normal few seconds boot now it gets stuck then does some weird pixel flicker and then it boots normally, and then the fps ingame is constant 10-15 now no matter if I play regular client or hacked one, browser still does stable 60 fps... I tried flash 18 and 31, reinstalled couple of times, did virus scan, tried boosting with razer cortex, did benchmark which still does 130+ fps etc, tried crazy client as well, same issues... so if anyone has any idea what has happened and possibly how to fix it I am open to ideas.

Another weird thing is that when the client is in focus AKA I'm playing it it's 10-15 fps but when it's in background or not in focus fps goes up to 40-50, and the other way around, background goes full black after some time of focusing the projector
