Help Searching with Cheat Engine

K. Im a big choob and i need help. I think i know the concept behind scanning with a cheat engine, but i dont know how to do it. Take this example. i want to scan stamina, so i have to search 4 increased or decreased value repeatedly right? but......... where the fuck is that button? i can only search 4 the value, which i dunt no. wtf do i do? plz help a nub out
