How to install?
First of all:

make a backup of your main folder in case something goes wrong

Put iwi files in X:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\main Set urban camo on all weapons

Chose what u want to install, then go to cod6/main folder and open iwd file (winrar) that is named just like the folder in where is your chosen file, and then just copy custom file in the iwd archive ex. custom sound folder >>localized_english_iw01.iwd-sound-battlechatter-ns-mp<< the file from this folder should be copied to the localized_english_iw01.iwd (iwd file) /sound/battlechatter/ns/mp (folders in archive)

open up iw_06 or iw_07 and than open the folder u want the skin than if you opened folder iw_07 put the IWI only IWI file from the folder of the gun and put it in iw_07.IWD in you main folder if u opened up iw_06 than put IWI file in the iw_06.IWD in main folder DON'T PUT PICTURE IN IWD FILES OR THE FOLDERS JUST PUT IWI FILES IN IWD-S

open the folder of the camo you want and open up iw_07.IWD in your main folder select 2 IWI-s from the folder and put them in iw_07.IWD some folders like lava or colours contain more folders with more camo don't think there are only 15 camo xD if u don't know what camo is replaecd by which one look at the iwi name inside of our custom camos if the camo name is "weapon_camo_digital.iwi" than that camo will replace digital one if the camo name is "weapon_camo_desert.iwi" it will replace desert camo all the files for camos go in iw_07 DON'T PUT PICTURE IN IWD FILES OR THE FOLDERS JUST PUT IWI FILES IN IWD-S
