What GPU for the case

So, I'm building a new system, mostly made of second hand parts.
Runs great as it is, using a MSI GeForce GTX1050Ti 4GB.

I'm looking to put it all in a DAN-A4 SFX case so I'm looking for a GPU that won't be raising the case temp because of the small form factor.

The current specs are:

MSI Z270i Gaming Pro Carbon AC
Intel Core i7 7700K
2x 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200
Samsung 970 PRO 512GB M.2 SSD (mounted on the back of the motherboard so might be a temperature issue)
Samsung 850 PRO 1TB SSD

I'll also be using a Corsair SF600 Platinum PSU and a asetek 545LC 92MM liquid cooling for the CPU.

The issue I'm facing is the small for factor of the case where a aftermarket GPU might blow the hot exhaust air in the case so I'm thinking of using a blower design GPU.

Now I'm thinking of a GTX1080Ti as the RTX series doesn't impress me and just isn't interesting at this point.

So I was thinking about a Asus GTX1080Ti Turbo because of the blower design and possibility to buy a backplate online.
Don't know if this is a wise choise.

Any alternative suggestions or better ideas ?

At the moment, it depends on the games you play. If you play games from 2 years back and onwards, 1070 is all you need. Games within the last 2 years, 1080 is all you need. 1080TI itsn't neccessary

just go with 1080ti they are getting cheaper

Well, I'm thinking of a �500 to �600 budget for a second hand one, so a Ti is certainly in range. I want to be able to use it for some time too and hey, why not...

I do play some recent games though and have a 28" 4K G-Sync monitor so why not use it.

Yeah, thats mostly the reason to go for a 1080Ti, given the performance/price ratio.
Though, I need to keep in mind that the case will be small and don't know if a RTX2080 will run cooler then a GTX1080.

Don' think it'll be a huge difference thats why I'm thinking of a 1080Ti.

That case has ventilation for the gpu so it's not really necessary to get a blower style card. You will probably get better temps with a normal aftermarket cooler. I too would recommend a 1080ti as they are quite cheap atm.

yea 1080 TI is good right now, the market is fair because of the newer card and people say its not worth the new card yet if you own a 1080 TI

A typical aftermarket dual/triple fan card will blow air mostly upwards, where your case is open for airflow, so there's really no need for a blow design (which can be significantly louder, especially under pressure).
With current pricest 1080Ti seems like a good choice, but if you're planning to run it under full stress, your PSU might be an issue (some models can demand as much as 300+ Watts by default)
